Refreshing Cranberry Mint Mojito

SIZE: 6 servings

INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch trimmed fresh mint (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup sugar
1 3/4 cup light rum
1 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3/4 cup thawed frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate
2 (10 oz) bottles chilled sparkling water
6 cups ice

DIRECTIONS: Using a wooden spoon, mash mint with the sugar in the bottom of large pitcher. Add rum and lime juice and stir to dissolve sugar. Mix in cranberry juice concentrate and chilled sparkling water. Mix in ice.
