My Favorite Ridgewood Spot for Ladies’ Night

Fish is my go-to spot for ladies’ night out. Here are 3 reasons why:
1. I love the seating options. I, myself, am a booth girl. You can choose from a cozy corner booth, tables that can accommodate a big group, a high top near the bar or a seat at the bar itself.

Cosmo2. I don’t have to brown bag it. They have a great cocktail menu: one of my favorites is their Cosmo—brings me back to my Sex & the City days. My friends love the jalapeno-infused Hot Mess Martini. They also have a nice selection of wines and beers.

Fish tacos

3. Me and my girls always opt for the apps. Although I’ve had several nice dinners here, when I’m with the girls, we go for an assortment of apps and share. My favorites are the seafood tacos, the Asian nachos with crispy wontons and the lobster mac and cheese. You can make a whole meal of their raw bar: oysters, clams, ceviche, and tuna tartar.

We can be a picky bunch but the servers are always incredibly accommodating and attend to our every whim. Co-owner, Paul, is pops from table to table with a friendly smile making sure everyone is happily fed and lubricated. See you next Thursday, Paul!
Bonus: They have valet! And every Thursday night is ladies’ night ALL night!
