As a huge fan of this training I love that we are recognizing, as a whole professional body, that you do not need fancy equipment or intricate instruction to get an effective sweat. Old school calisthenics with some tweaks can make for an intense and beneficial workout. The even better news is – you do not need an expensive gym membership or equipment – all you need is YOU.
