Boozy Berry Limoncello Rosé Sangria

The warmer temps have us craving something fresh and light for our cocktail hour and this bubbly, boozy, berry sangria hits the spot.

6 Servings

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup limoncello
cup fresh raspberries
cup quartered fresh strawberries
bottle chilled demi-sec rosé champagne
1 lemon, thinly sliced

Quarter strawberries. Thinly slice lemons and remove the seeds. Combine limoncello and strawberries in a pitcher. Then add chilled rosé champagne. Add half of the lemons to the pitcher. Serve sangria over ice. Add fruit to each glass and garnish with a lemon.
