10+ Fruit-Infused Waters to Keep You Hydrated…& Healthy

Put down that can of soda! On a hot day, nothing is better for you than water. But when you infuse it with fruit and ingredients that give it zesty flavor and can boost your immune system, it’s even better. Here are a few of our favorite combos to put in your fruit-infusing bottle

1. Fruit Punch
Add whatever you have in the house–oranges, blueberries, strawberries and apples.
After you drink up the water, you have a perfect snack!

2. Peach infused water
Cool off with fresh mint and sweet vitamin C-rich peaches.

3. Cool as a Cucumber
On really hot days, I love nibbling on cold cucumbers to hydrate. They’re just as refreshing when you add them to a cold, ice-filled glass of water with lemons and herbs like rosemary or mint from the garden. Add a little gin and you have a yummy cocktail!

4. Strawberry & Mint Water
I love how refreshing the mint can be–with any fruit!

5. Strawberry Citrus and Jalapeño Infused
Used sliced jalapeños with your fruit for water with a kick! This is also yummy as a cocktail: add tequila.

6. Watermelon & Basil
Slice large pieces of watermelon and cut up some
basil for flavor. Remember to remove seeds!

7. Cinnamon & Apple
This combo remind me of autumn cider!

8. Ginger, Cinnamon & Starfruit.
This combo has a little zing to it. Plus, ginger is an anti-oxidants
and beneficial to the digestive system.

9. Pretty in Pink
Detox with pretty in pink drink with ginger, pomegranate and lemon from AmazinglyTasty.com

10. Turmeric-Infused Water
Need a little pick-me up? This is the water to try from Taste of Home. Their Lemon, ginger and turmeric-infused water is filled wth antioxidants. Read more about how turmeric can benefit your health.

11. Cardamom Rose Water
I love this combo from the View from Great Island. It’s soft and soothing! Use the rose petals and whole cardamom pods.  Roll over the pods with a rolling pin to crack them open and release the seeds. Keep in the fridge for a few hours.  The longer it sits, the more flavor you’ll get.
