Our Picks: My Favorite Shampoo for Colored Hair

I am obsessed with a shampoo. It all started when my daughter had a curly-haired little friend over whose hair smelled so good I wanted to bury my nose in it. Turns out it was Oribe shampoo. Their Shampoo for Beautiful Color and Conditioner keep my colored hair moisturized and lustrous ($46 each). It’s made with watermelon, lychee and edelweiss flower extracts that protect your hair from drying and stress. A light-weight silicone protects dyed hair against UV fading and damage. (they also make a shampoo especially for blondes.)

Although it’s a bit of a splurge for kids, I use the Signature Shampoo Signature formula on them ($42). It lasts a long time because you don’t need to use much. Makes snuggling dreamy. And for people who love their scent as much as me, I also discovered that they carry a Restorative Body Crème, ($65)
