130 Classes to Choose From!

I am a huge believer in art for children. Our kids are so scheduled these days. It helps with their creativity and gives them a place to explore and be free!

With more than 130 courses to choose from, the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey will refresh your artistic spirit. Beginners will find a variety of introductory classes and workshops to give them the right start, and experienced artists can expand their creativity in one of our intermediate or advanced offerings. Of course there are lots of adult offerings too!

Child and teen can choose from tons of classes like:
• figure drawing
• ceramics
• painting
• sculpture
• toy and
 game making
• papier-mâché
• there’s even a Star Wars drawing class!

Registration: February 20 to April 29, 2017. Spring Classes start April 17, 2017.

She now works from home as a freelance graphic designer and a chauffeur to her 3 busy kids. "Working on TipsFromTown has been a wonderful outlet for me. It renewed my love of publishing where I can design colorful, enticing pages online and allows me to share the things I love about being a mom." Heather grew up in Shaker Heights, Ohio, a place that still is near and dear to her. " After living in Brooklyn for 18 years and studying Graphic Design at Pratt Institute, she now lives in the Jersey burbs. "I love living so close to NYC, but in my heart, I'm an Ohio girl."
