The Quarantini: Like a Martini…But You Drink It Home Alone.

So you’re going to be cooped up together and homeschooling for weeks. I think you have EARNED that cocktail. 

SIZE: 1 serving because that’s all you need. You’re alone, remember?

INGREDIENTS:
2 ozs dry gin (or as much as you find necessary today)
1/4 oz dry vermouth
Ice
Olives, onions, (or whatever item you hoarded this week)

DIRECTIONS: Take a deep breath. Chill a martini glass. Add gin and dry vermouth to a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake.  Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with with either olives, onions, or your hoarded item. Sit alone beside your 200 rolls of toilet paper contemplating what to do next and enjoy!
