Beach Yoga

Here’s a great way to start your Sunday mornings. Devon Giordano, an awe-inspiring Yoga instructor, offers classes Sunday mornings 7:30- 8:15 am at Jones Beach, Field 6. Park all the way to the left and find us on the sand.  I love to start my week with a great, healthy activity like this.  It gives me the boost I need to continue eating right and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Class cost is donation only. Please RSVP if you are attending.  I hope to see you there!

What you will need:
A mat or a towel
Easy to slip on and off shoes like flip flops
Sunblock!
Hat
Waterbottle
