Teddy Bear Clinic: Can you say adorable??
Hundreds of stuffed animals are healthier today thanks to Valley Hospital’s teddy bear clinic. In addition, the owners of these cuddly toys found out what really goes on at the hospital. They received tours of the ambulances, visited stations to learn about the pediatric emergency department, cardiac care, diagnostic imaging and more. A day like this can be fun and informative, but it can also go far to prepare kids for necessary healthcare, and therefore alleviate the fears associated with medicine.
