Restaurant Nicholas Makes the Top 100 in America

Screen Shot 2015-12-19 at 12.06.36 PMIf you haven’t been to Restaurant Nicholas, it might be a little harder to get a seat now that they’ve made Open Table’s 100 Best Restaurants in America 2015. They’ve also received 4 stars from The New York Times, Gayot’s Top 40 restaurant in America for 2011/12, and Zagat’s No.1 Pick for Food, Service, Most Popular & Wine List for 2005-2012 to name a few more honors. Their menu of New American Cuisine is set in a sophisticated serene environment. Nicholas also hosts Bar N, a more casual alternative where no reservations are required. Opened in 2000 by Chef/Owner Nicholas Harary and his wife Melissa, this intimate 4-star jewel is located just minutes over the bridge from Red Bank’s downtown area.  This month, you can enjoy their December menu which features their Yellowfin Tuna Tartare in a flavorful orange soy dressing with red miso aioli or their Slow Braised Beef Short Rib served with creamy polenta and braised escarole with an oregano chimichurri. Their wonderful service and extensive wine list makes for a very special dining experience.
