Parade the Circle Cleveland2016 Parade the Circle
Saturday, June 11, 2016  •  11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

All  (former CIA parking lot, corner of East Blvd and Wade Oval Dr).

This is one of my favorite Cleveland events: Parade the Circle. For 26 years, the Cleveland Museum of Art has been bringing University Circle to life with color, music, and art. It’s an amazing display of bright-colored costumes, giant puppets, people walking on stilts, amazingly decorated masks and floats. There are fun activities for kids, live entertainment, and fun food. If you’ve never gone before, you’ll leave anxiously waiting for next years. If you’ve already been, you know what I’m talking about!

Parade workshops are held in Parade Tent near East Blvd.
Wade Oval. Parade at 12 noon. For more information visit Parade the Circle.

Former Art Director for Home Magazine, Heather Leahy Zachariah, left her career in publishing after baby number number one. She now works from home as a freelance graphic designer and a chauffeur to her 3 busy kids. "Working on TipsFromTown has been a wonderful outlet for me. It renewed my love of publishing where I can design colorful, enticing pages online and allows me to share the things I love about being a mom." Heather grew up in Shaker Heights, Ohio, a place that still is near and dear to her. " After living in Brooklyn for 18 years and studying Graphic Design at Pratt Institute, she now lives in the Jersey burbs. "I love living so close to NYC, but in my heart, I'm an Ohio girl."
