Coming Soon: New Spot to Perk Up in Ridgewood

A new spot to perk up is coming soon to Ridgewood: Rey Sol Coffee. a new coffee shop promising “seed to cup coffee.” Rey Sol Coffee is planted & harvested Balboa, Risaralda in Colombia situated 1560 meters above sea level.

According to their website, the family running the business comes with a history of coffee growing back in Colombia. Besides coffee, they;ll be serving shakes, sweet and savory crepes, and salads. They’ll also have several toasts on the menu like everyone’s favorite, avocado toast and creamy brie with red apples, walnuts & honey.
