Tequila Sunrise

This drink makes us feel like we’re in the Caribbean with its bright striations of color. Serve it unmixed to keep the bright layered color.

12 oz tequila
4 oz orange juice
3/4 oz grenadine
cherry for garnish

Add the tequila and then the orange juice to a chilled highball glass. Float the grenadine on top and garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Fill glass with ice. Pour in the tequila and orange juice. Slowly pour in the grenadine down the side of the glass so it will settle in the bottom. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.

It renewed my love of publishing where I can design colorful, enticing pages online and allows me to share the things I love about being a mom." Heather grew up in Shaker Heights, Ohio, a place that still is near and dear to her. " After living in Brooklyn for 18 years and studying Graphic Design at Pratt Institute, she now lives in the Jersey burbs. "I love living so close to NYC, but in my heart, I'm an Ohio girl."
