April Asparagus

A light Dijon mustard vinaigrette drizzled over crisp steamed asparagus is perfect as is; however, a little chopped hard-cooked egg delivers a pretty springtime color palette.

Open-Face Ham and Cheddar Sandwiches

Wonderful way to use any left over ham, or some thinly sliced Black Forest Ham.  Freshly cut apples and a side salad of green-leaf lettuces completes the meal.

Devilish Eggs

A classic... the Deviled Egg.  Basic and simple.  Feel free to add 2 tsp of curry powder to spice up the filling or bits of cooked bacon on top.  Sassy!
