Pear & Berry Thyme Fizz

Serves 6

2 cups apple juice
1 pear, very thinly sliced
12 sprigs fresh thyme
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
1 bottle sparkling wine –Champagne or Prosecco
about 30 raspberries

Combine apple juice, pears, thyme and liqueur in a pitcher. Stir together, then refrigerate for about 2 hours to allow the fruit and thyme to infuse the cocktail.

Take out the thyme and pour into 6 champagne flutes. Fill each glass with a little more champagne. Garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme and a few raspberries.
