Ginger-Lime Cosmopolitan

Citrus mixed with ginger delivers a KaPow to your taste buds!  Take it easy, though… these go down way to quick.

Find Out Why GINGER is GOOD FOR YOU!

Size: 2 servings

Ingredients:
1 lime, quartered
4 tbsp sugar, divided
1/2 cup citrus-flavored vodka
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tsp freshly grated peeled ginger
1 cup ice
2 lime slices

Directions:

Run 1 lime quarter around rims of 2 Martini glasses.  Place 3 tbsp sugar on small plate.  Dip rims into sugar.  Place all lime quarters, 1 tbsp sugar, vodka, lime juice, and ginger in cocktail shaker.  Mash with muddler or end of wooden spoon until lime wedges are crushed.  Add ice; shake well.  Strain mixture between prepared glasses, garnish with lime slices, and serve.
