30 Day Fitness Challenge — it is like having your own trainer for free! Join Us!

Are you up for the Challenge??? We are nearing the end of February and so often at this time many resolutions have long been forgotten. Let me help you get back into the groove or just be a source of motivation by joining me starting Monday Feb 25 for 30 days – STRAIGHT of instilling or improving our lifestyle habits.  There will be four weekly challenges and a new challenge daily focusing on fitness, nutrition or wellness. These challenges are designed to be readily achievable, even for the busiest of us. Some may be more difficult than others depending on you current fitness and eating habits  – but I encourage you to give it a try – you may surprise yourself.

This 30-Day challenge will be set up in a forum style, which will allow anyone registered to interact with not only myself but also others. It is further opportunity to receive motivation, inspiration and support by doing this together. I would love to hear from you during the challenge but, you are just as welcome to be a silent participant if you choose.

Daily challenges will be posted to the forum the preceding day so you will have time to prepare if need be. You may want to designate a journal or calendar of some kind to keep track of your challenges, record your thoughts and other info. The goal of the 30-Day Focus on Fitness Challenge is to instill one, some or (dare I hope) all new lifestyle behaviors that will lead you down the path to a healthier, fitter you.
