Ridgewood’s Weight Loss Challenge

How is the New Year’s Resolution to lose weight going for you? You’re not alone. It is hard! Studies show that when we have some accountability, someone to work out with or just support us, healthy habit change is easier and more effective. That’s why I LOVE Valley’s latest initiative. They partnered with the Mayors Wellness Campaign, the Ridgewood Health Department, and a couple other health minded organizations to offer a free weight loss program to Ridgewood residents.

The challenge starts at the Village Hall on Monday, March 9th at 6pm and includes:

  • weekly weigh-ins
  • free fitness classes
  • support groups
  • incentives and more

Don’t go it alone. Check out the Village of Ridgewood Weight-Loss Challenge. Register or learn more by calling 877.283.2276.
