En Fleurs Champagne Cocktail

Sophistication in a champagne coupe.  Champagne and tequila are enlightened with the floral essence of elderflower liqueur and the sweet tartness of ruby-red grapefruit.

Size: makes 2

1/4 cup fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
3 tbsp St-Germain (elderflower liqueur) available at Super Cellars
2 tbsp blanco tequila
Ice cubes
Chilled brut Champagne
Grapefruit peel twists


Combine first 3 ingredients in cocktail shaker; fill with ice.  Cover and shake vigorously 20 times.  Strain into 2 flutes.  Top each with Champagne.  Garnish with grapefruit twists.
