The Rickey

A greenish classic cocktail in honor of the spring season which is quickly approaching us.  YEAH!!!









Size: serves 6-8

1 1/2 cups limeade
3/4 cup gin
5 tbsp superfine sugar (in baking section of grocery store)
3 limes (cut into rounds)
3 cups club soda
Lime wedges for garnish (if desired)


Combine limeade, gin, superfine sugar and lime rounds in a large pitcher.  Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.  Add club soda and serve over ice.  Garnish with lime wedges.
