Figtini

Party, Party, Party!!!  This IS the party in your mouth cocktail.

Ingredients:
Fig Vodka (Wine and Spirit World)
Blood Orange Juice (Kings Supermarket)
Prosecco
1 dried Calimyrna Fig-halved for garnish (Fairway Market)

Chill martini glasses.  Fill a shaker with ice.  Pour 3/4 high with fig vodka.  Pour to top with blood orange juice.  Shake well (the longer, the better!).  Pour into glasses, leaving about 1/2? on top.  Top with Prosecco.  Garnish with dried fig half.
