Summer is all about feeling good and having fun so what better way to kick off the season than an afternoon focusing on wellness? Spend the afternoon at Ridgewood’s Healthy Living Day where you’ll learn tips for living a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle.

Join Body & Brain Yoga & Tai Chi fat The Woman’s Club of Ridgewood for an afternoon listening to your favorite tunes from the 50s-80s performed by The Fabulous Acchords on an open dance floor while you learn new wellness principles and discover what makes us truly happy.

This event is aimed at teaching wellness principles which will be demonstrated through sharing bestselling author Ilchi Lee’s advice on creating your own happiness in his book I’ve Decided to Live 120 Years. Community wellness partners will be at booths there to answer questions and inform you about their services. Light refreshments will be served. Click here for tickets!

Proceeds from this event will support the Earth Citizen Organization (ECO), a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational resources for organizing green community initiatives.

It renewed my love of publishing where I can design colorful, enticing pages online and allows me to share the things I love about being a mom." Heather grew up in Shaker Heights, Ohio, a place that still is near and dear to her. " After living in Brooklyn for 18 years and studying Graphic Design at Pratt Institute, she now lives in the Jersey burbs. "I love living so close to NYC, but in my heart, I'm an Ohio girl."
