3 Ingredient Dinner: Grilled Lemon Dill Salmon

Here’s a 3 ingredient dinner you can ready in under 20 minutes. Pair it with a salad or grilled veggie. If you have time, I love pairing it with asparagus and lemon risotto.

Ingredients:
1 lb. salmon fillets
2-3 lemons
Fresh chopped dill
olive oil

Directions:

Cut salmon into 4 pieces. Brush salmon with olive oil and season all over with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with dill. Heat your grill to high. Brush grill with oil so salmon won’t stick. Place salmon skin side down on the grill over medium heat. Cover grill and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork. Garnish with lemon slices and additional chopped dill.

Asparagus and Lemon Risotto.

Grilled Summer Vegetables
