Hydrate With a Fruit-Infused Water

On a hot day, nothing is better for you than water. But when you infuse it with fruit and ingredients that give it zesty flavor and can boost your immune system, it’s even better. Here are a few of our favorite combos.

1. Fruit Punch
Add whatever you have in the house–oranges, blueberries, strawberries and apples.
After you drink up the water, you have a perfect snack!

2. Strawberry & Mint Water
I love how refreshing the mint can be–with any fruit!

3. Watermelon & Basil
Slice large pieces of watermelon and cut up some
basil for flavor. Remember to remove seeds!

4. Cinnamon & Apple
This combo remind me of autumn cider!

5. Ginger, Cinnamon & Starfruit.
This combo has a little zing to it. Plus, ginger is an anti-oxidants
and beneficial to the digestive system.

One more…

Cardamom Rose Water
I love this combo from Daily Burn. It’s soft and soothing!
