Sweet potatoes are packed with nutrition. One potato has over 400% of your daily needs for vitamin A!  They are packed with fiber which can promote a healthy digestive tract and potassium which can help lower your blood pressure. They have 37% vitamin C of your daily need which can give your immune system a boost!  Vitamins C and E in sweet potatoes have been shown to support eye health and prevent degenerative damage.

They’re also a great source for copper, pantothenic acid and vitamin B6, niacin, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and phosphorus. And they have 0 grams of fat (unless you fry them, of course.)

Now that’s a reason to eat Sweet Potato French Fries!
