A Cocktail with Zing: Szechuan Coconut Cocktail

I love this zingy, zesty cocktail from AidaEats.com–it makes you feel like you’re lounging on a tropical beach!

1.5 oz Szechuan-infused vodka
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
As needed Ginger Beer
1 slice each lemon & lime

Combine vodka and coconut milk in a tall Collins glass and stir. Add crushed ice. Fill to the top with ginger beer and serve with slices of lemon and lime. Sit back and enjoy.
