Valley Offers Tips for Those Who Lose Sleep Over Daylight Saving Time

Members of the community may find themselves slightly more tired than usual as this year’s Daylight Saving Time kicks in at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 10. “An hour seems like a minor change, but moving the clock ahead can be a source of stress for some, particularly those who are already sleep deprived,” says Jeffrey P.
