What’s Your Beef Set to Open End of October
Originally built as a hotel, this local bar/restaurant has been around since 1884 and has been everything from a tavern, to a neighborhood bar to a lounge. Now, it’s changing hands once again. A few months ago, Marilyn Schlossbach and partners purchased “What’s Your Beef” bar and restaurant on River Road a few months ago causing lots of stir in town. They plan to reopen on October 31 with some changes to decor and more seating. The menu will be “farm-to- table.” Ingredients will come from local farms and feature healthy dishes. The family-friendly spot will continue “community nights” on Thursdays,” jazz and acoustic music on Friday and Saturday nights. We’re counting down the days til it opens!
