Buttermilk Pancakes

The best buttermilk pancakes

If you have been looking for a healthier pancake recipe that your kids will love…this is it!

Size: Serves 6-8

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 egg well beaten
1 tablespoon flax oil or butter melted
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar

Directions:

Mix buttermilk, egg and sugar. Then add the rest of the ingredients, mix with a wire whisk. You can add blueberries, mashed bananas or my kids favorite-chocolate chips.
