Healthy Quick and Easy Breakfast or Snack-Oatmeal

My new favorite oatmeal breakfast with a healthier twist. This is one of my new quick and easy breakfasts. You can also feel good about your purchase because for every one you buy Soulfood will donate one.

They track purchases from each region

They then tally the number of servings purchased and divide them up among the food banks in that region.

Size: 1 or more

Ingredients:
one packet for a serving out of larger bag
1/2 hot water
1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond butter for peanut butter
1/4 cup of blueberries or 1/2 banana

Directions:

Follow instructions on the packet. Once the oatmeal sits for five minutes add the almond butter and berries. I only buy this one because it is gluten-freeĀ and processed sugar-free. The others have gluten.
