Almond/Peanut Butter Toast-Healthy Snack

Here is my latest favorite healthy snack: a slice of Ezekiel or gluten free bread toasted with unsweetened almond or peanut butter on top and a sprinkle with cinnamon. For a person who loves to eat constantly like me, this tides me over between meals. If you are having it in place of breakfast, you can add a half of a sliced banana or berries.
