Where to Build Your Own Pasta Bowl: Italian Street Food.

If you’re looking for take-out that a step above fast food, Piada Italian Street Food on Richmond Road in beachwood serves up Italian food in a build-a-bowl style similar to Chipotle. Choose your sauce (spicy diavolo sauce, basil pesto,parmesan alfredo) and add a protein if you want. Then pick your toppings. You can choose a many or as few as you like and ask them to go light on the sauce if you’re watching your waistline. They’ll toss it all together and warm it up in a skillet for you. Proteins include salmon, steak, grilled chicken, calamari or meatballs.
