In Case You Missed This Sensational Madison Opening…

Central & Main opened in Madison, NJ the spring with rave reviews. They can fill the house even on a Monday night. If you haven’t been yet, now is the time; their summer seasonal menu is sensational. Chef Gaccione worked alongside the talented Bobby Flay at South + Pine American Eatery in Morristown. Gaccione brings her own fresh spin to Classic American dining using seasonal ingredients paired with modern flavors.

Why We Like It:
We love the laid back vibe, friendly staff and locally-sourced ingredients.

5 Things to Try:
1. Chilled sweet corn and coconut soup filled with fresh local crab, avocado, and topped with cilantro.

4. Chef Gaccione’s Award-winning fully loaded burger: she tops Angus beef with mushroom ragout, fresh arugula with buttermilk fried shallots on a buttered brioche bun. Heaven. It won “Battle for the Best Burger” at the Meadowlands in June.
