Goombay Smash

Bringing the Bahamas home.  Pineapple, coconut and rum guarantee a mini-vacation in the comfort of your own living room.

Size: serves 1

Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz dark rum
3/4 oz coconut rum
3 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
Dash of simple syrup
Dash of Grendine
Cherry and pineapple for garnish

Directions:

Shake well with cracked ice.  Serve in a tall glass.  Garnish with a cherry and a piece of pineapple.
