Going Gluten-Free: Cauliflower, Fig & Arugula Pizza

A delicious, gluten-free pizza recipe using Cali’Flour pizza crust which are made from cauliflower and are corn-free, and soy-free.
You can get cauliflower pizza crusts at places like Whole Foods or online, you can order 8 crusts for $47 on Amazon or from Califlour Foods.

INGREDIENTS:

Cali’Red Pepper Pizza Crust
2-3 T Cream cheese style spread or favorite soft cheese spread
¼ c fresh arugula
2-3 fresh figs sliced or quartered
Balsamic reduction
2-3 T walnuts or pecans chopped (optional)

Directions:
Pre-bake the crust as instructed in the oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.

Next, assemble your pizza on the prepared crust. Spread your cream cheese lightly cover to the edges. Add arugula, figs, and nuts and drizzle with balsamic reduction and serve. Enjoy!
