Make-Your-Own Sandwich Buffet

The title says it all… put whatever you want out.  Meats, cheeses, condiments, fillings… it’s an endless, carefree option.  Great for get-togethers.  Here’s a grocery list of sorts…

Far-East Chicken Salad

Crunchy, crisp and slightly nutty.  Difficult to not go back for seconds.  Feel free to substitute blanched, toasted almonds or a 1/4 cup of toasted sesame seeds for the cashews.

Ham, cheese and potatoes in a pie.  Another inventive way to utilize left-over ham.  Easy to prepare, although you need about an hour to bake in total.

Cayenne Coconut Crusted Tenders

Kick-up your chicken tenders a notch with a healthy portion of Cayenne pepper encased in a coating of crunchy coconut.  The sweet yet spicy flavors of the apricot dipping sauce only intensifies this culinary experience.

Yes you can eat these little lovely flowers. Makes for a pretty spring salad as well as adding a bit of color to your meal. Serve with Country Dressing.
