Beef Bourguignon, beef Burgundy, beef stew… whatever you may call it, who doesn’t love a steamy bowl filled with it on a chilly night?  This hearty version is full of wholesome veggies and loads of burgundy.

One Dish Affordable Dinner/Beef Stew

This is a quick, easy, affordable, low fat and high protein dinner. It took me only 25 minutes to peel, sauté and throw everything in the crock pot. I then left for the day and came home to a delicious dinner.
