Reopening with a New Look in Summit

Winberie’s Restaurant & Bar will reopen its doors on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 after a two-month renovation focused on updating the entire dining room, revamping the floor plan, and expanding the bar. While your favorite foods like their Cedar Plank Salmon, Cajun Mac & Cheese and Chicken Pot Pie will still be on the menu, get ready to enjoy a whole new dining experience.

The restaurant’s newly expanded bar will boast 16 rotating taps and a new Happy Hour menu. The restaurant will be using state-of-art technology to preserve its extensive wines by the glass offerings to ensure each is always fresh.

Located in the Summit Opera House, the new look and feel of the restaurant pays homage to the building’s 125-year history. The Summit Opera House was built in 1893 and has been home to Winberie’s Restaurant & Bar since 1985. “We know the best things in life take time.” Owens added. “We’ve taken the appropriate amount of time to remodel the restaurant so guests can enjoy a new dining and socializing experience with the same service, food quality and welcoming atmosphere they have come to know and expect from Winberie’s.”
