NATIONAL: Facebook Confession in Miami by Alleged Wife Murderer

Derek Medina, 31, posted a picture of his bloody, slain wife on Facebook and then went to the South Miami police station and confessed to her murder. Jennifer Alfonso’s body, 26, was found in her home. The AP reported Medina has been charged with first degree murder. ABC News has more.
