New Openings: Korean Noodles & Bibimbap at Bibillia

A couple of night ago, my husband, Larry and I were just roaming around town and stumbled upon a new place to grab curbside. Bibillia, a Korean restaurant, is brand new spot where Leon’s Mexican used to be. The inside is bright and inviting.

The restaurant was just opened by a 2010 RHS grad, Hyungmin Moon “Min.” Biblia has a small menu of mainly rice bowls (Korean bibimbap) and noodle bowls, but each have a ton of different options that can be customized at the counter. Start with rice: white, brown, or purple or romaine lettuce.  Then choose your protein, veggies and sauce. I had the spicy pork rice bowl and Larry had a shrimp noodle bowl. Both were amazing, incredibly flavorful and such a welcome change to our routine. The spicy pork is pretty spicy. Next time, we have to try the Korean style veggie fries which I hear are amazing.
