Yoga Dolls: A Kids Yoga Workshop

Kids YogaYoga allows you to find a little peace in what is sometimes a chaotic world. It helps relieve stress, unclutter your mind, and become more focused. SO why not let your kids give it a try too?

On Saturday, bring your kids in for a yoga workshop designed just for small bodies. Kids can wear their pjs and bring in their favorite doll or stuffed animal for this fun and inspiring kids’ yoga workshop. The class will feature age-appropriate breathing techniques, yoga poses with their doll, and partner poses with their friends, as well as, yoga games, meditation and relaxation. Each child gets to design a yoga mat for their doll to take home as well.

This workshop is for children ages 7 to 11. Class is not heated.
