Where to Park Free in Summit
Here’s a gift to you from the City of Summit! On Saturdays December 1, 8, 15 and 22, there are no fees required for on-street parking at 90-minute spaces or in long-term parking lots and garages (Broad Street garage, Elm Street, Sampson at LCJSMS and Chestnut St lots).
Fees are still required in the Deforest Park & Shop lots, YMCA/Library and Bank St lots, and on the first level of the Tier garage. Parking on the upper levels of the Tier Garage is free.
