Runners both young and old came out Wednesday to to have some fun and run the Downtown Westfield 5K Pizza Run. Congratulations to the first place runner: 19 year old Alexander Livernois from Scotch Plains NJ. He completed the 5K in just 16.03 minutes. The youngest runner of the day was Terence Dougherty of Union, NJ; he’s only 5 years old! The Bill Welsh may have come in last place at #1949, but at 87 years old, he was the oldest runner that day. Pretty impressive! Stay young Bill!
