Treadmill Speed Interval Workout

If you’re a runner it may be difficult finding the time to squeeze in a run. We are usually dealing with the demands from our children, work, home and weather.  I am not a huge fan of treadmill workouts, but admittedly it is a necessity at times. Below is one of my interval workouts for speed training. Intervals are great for getting just as much work done (or more) in a shorter period of time. They torch way more cals than a long slow jog. They help improve your overall pace and ability to do hills (if you do hill intervals) and frankly, they keep me from getting bored to tears when I do have to do treadmill work.
