Enjoy our community while visiting 9 lovely Chatham houses presented by the PTO of Chatham Middle School. These stunning properties offer something for everyone including:  amazing renovations, various architectural styles and unique interior designs. The houses will be staged with varied themes. Be inspired by ideas to accommodate a busy modern family or suggestions for celebrations you might like to host in your own home.

Save the date and reserve your spot on the tour.  Advance tickets are $40 per person; $35 for senior citizens. On the day of The Tour, all tickets will be $45. Tickets are non-refundable.   All proceeds benefit the educational programs at Chatham Middle School and the refurbishing of the Learning Garden courtyard located in the Library Media Center.
