One Of My Favorite Appetizers

Have you ever had the expensive rainforest cracker? I have found a great substitute at Trader Joe’s. Their raisin rosemary crisps are half the price of what you will pay in the grocery store, $3.99 for a 5.3oz box. I will tell you they sell out quite often, especially around the holidays. So if you see them, you may want to stock up. Serve them with goat cheese and fig spread (buy that at Trader Joe’s as well) and you have a great easy appetizer. They are the first things gone at every party.

Size: makes approx. 30

Ingredients:
Raisin Rosemary Crisps(from Trader Joe's) or rain forest crackers
goat cheese(Trader Joe's if you have one near you)
jar of fig spread-local grocery store

Directions:

Take a cracker and spread a small amount of fig jam followed by a piece of goat cheese. That is it. I take it to almost every party I go to.
