New Openings: Sip & Slurp at Ani Ramen Summit

There’s nothing quite like a big bowl of steaming, hot ramen to warm your insides on a rainy spring day. So Hilltoppers were happy to welcome Ani Ramen to town last week. Their menu features starters like Shishito Peppers and Tsukemono, pickled vegetables. And their bowls are sure to fill your insides: from classics like Shoyu, noodles with a chicken based-broth, shoyu tare with kakuni, bean sprouts & scallions to their signature dish, the Short Rib ramen featuring 6-hour braised beef which is also available brothless. They also feature chicken, shrimp and pork bowls served over rice.

Lucky for us, starting the week of March 25, you’ll be able to get your ramen for lunch to! Lunch hours will be 11:30am-3pm. Currently, they are a dine-in only but stay tuned for take out. re
