Nature Day at the Tenafly Nature Center

On Sunday, June 10, celebrate the beginning of summer with a scenic canoe ride on Pfister’s pond – a once a year treat!   There will be live music at the campfire ring and local artisans at the Visitor’s Center porch.  Kids can participate in Bayshore Discovery Projects Jr. Sailor For A Day Program while a 12 foot skiff sails on the pond.  Other activities include storytelling, animal encounters with live birds of prey, reptiles, amphibians and mammals, pond explorations, games, face painting, organic snacks and more!

When: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Who: All are welcome.

How: Just show up!

Cost: Free for members, $8 per person for non-members.
