Not just for the ladies my friends. The raspberries are what make this cocktail pretty, but the gin is what delivers it’s potency. Think pink!

Ingredients:
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz gin
1 oz Laird's Applejack
3/4 oz simple syrup
4 raspberries
1 egg white
Ice cubes

Place lemon juice, gin, Applejack and simple syrup into shaker.  Add raspberries and muddle.
Add egg white and shake.  Add ice and shake again.
Strain concoction into a cocktail glass
Garnish with a raspberry(s) and serve.
